English National Ballet's Dance for Parkinson's programme is a high quality dance class delivered within a professional dance studio with live music for people with Parkinson's, their family, friends and carers. It is proven to support people with Parkinson's to develop confidence and strength, whilst temporarily relieving some participants of symptoms in everyday life. Classes are expressive, creative and promote feelings of freedom from the physical and social constraints of having Parkinson's.

Moving Music concerts

A final reminder about the Moving Music concerts on Tuesday 21 November with the pianist and musical genius Derek Paravicini and the warm and wonderful Christine Cairns singing and leading all in song. Concerts are at 11.30am and 2pm, both preceded by tea, coffee and biscuits in the foyer. Details are attached. If you have not already reserved your places and would like to come, please email me to let me know your preferred concert time, number of people and whether you need parking.
