Kennington Strollers

Organiser: Walking for Health

Short strolls for people managing long term health conditions, or recovering from illness or surgery, or people who just want to get active again. If you need support to walk then please bring a friend or carer. Trained walk leaders and a helper are available. Please check with your doctor if you haven't exercised for some time. These are gentle strolls at your own pace round a flat playing field there are seats available and tea afterwards in the pavilion. Walks run til the end of October.
