Ways to contact the service: either directly by you, your friends or family, or through your GP, Eye Specialist, Care Manager or anyone else who knows your circumstances. You do not need to be registered blind or partially sighted to contact us. We are trained to: - Assess, - Advise, - Support, - Teach, - Inform, people of all ages with sight problems. We can also put you in touch with the Oxfordshire Association for the Blind, and with other associations who help in various ways. Can also make home visits.

Oxford and District Club for the Hard of Hearing

We are a mixed social group of individuals who have impaired hearing or an interest in hearing impaired people or hearing impairment issues. We would like to encourage anyone with hearing impairments or interest in hearing impaired people to join the club for social occasions. The club is essentially a social club with a varied programme. The first Wednesday in the month is a Bingo afternoon. Then there are talks, entertainment, club meals, luncheon outings, and games afternoons. At every meeting, the members donate items for a raffle.
